Cambridge Community Circus is hosting a flexibility workshop, focussing on backbends! We’ll work on hip and shoulder flexibility, learn to engage the upper back, and learn tips that will help you progress safely (and pain-free!) towards that elusive curve. Open to all levels!
Please let us know if you have any injuries or relevant medical conditions. We may look at some tricks for more advanced students! ❤️
We’ll be in the Hall, not the main church space. The workshop is free, and we’ll be collecting donations for Jimmy’s Cambridge, a local charity working with the homeless.
