I enjoy the aerial drop in sessions at CCC (particularly trapeze) because I am able to try something new in a welcoming environment where there is no judgement and lots of support from all the other members!

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

  • Best attire for aerial work is clothing that is form fitting such as a leotard and leggings. Full length tights and a fitted top that you can tuck in is also fine

  • A top that covers the arms/armpits is also recommended

  • All jewellery that can get caught on the apparatus must be removed (e.g. rings, watches)

  • Jeans or legwear with zippers are not recommended for silks but can be worn on bar equipment

  • Lots of layers as the church can get quite cold

  • Bring a bottle of water (we have access to water for refills) and a snack
